Affy La God means ‘Affinity to God’.
I chose this name because it embodies the ideals of how and who I want to be perceived as a person and as an artist.

I believe the best music has a message and the best artists are poetic in delivering that message.

I’m not necessarily trying to be different, but I definitely don’t want to be like everyone else.

I’ve failed countless times. I went through dark periods of struggling with addiction and depression. I made bad decisions, chilled with the wrong crowds and lost all my self-esteem

I spent years’ soul searching and I’ve finally reached a place of happiness. I’ve been reborn 
through music
